What messages you'll receive

Careific uses text messaging only for operational communication that helps staff deliver care safely and on time. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Typical messages include:

  • Shift reminders & handoffs — upcoming shifts, coverage changes, and handover prompts.
  • Medication-round alerts — reminders that a scheduled medication pass is due or overdue.
  • Task assignments — care tasks assigned to you and approaching deadlines.
  • Compliance reminders — expiring certifications, due filings, and documentation prompts.
  • Incident notifications — alerts when a reportable event needs your attention.
